How awesome is it that I have the opportunity to host my own radio gardening talk show? I kept saying to my other master gardener friends that I want to teach young people about gardening, farming, and more. I want to make agriculture popular again. I want agriculture popular again because of its health benefits, physical, mental, and environmental benefits. I met a man that had 20 acres of land he took a few acres of that land and had his dream home built and then grew sunflowers on the rest of his land. He would harvest the seeds and sell them to local buyers; he is now a multi-millionaire. The opportunities are endless in agriculture, I am ecstatic and honored to have a platform to share those many opportunities.
Plant the Seed radio show will highlight the doers and movers in the field of agriculture. My show will offer information you can use in the backyard or the commercial sector for commercial growers. I have several guests lined up for my first month of broadcast. I have material planned and a lot of nerves all balled up in one knot in my stomach. A few people in my garden groups have DM me telling me how proud they are to have this platform, and do I know what I have in my hands? OMG! I do know and understand. I want to present myself in a knowledgeable fun and informative and entertaining manner. Plus PLUS!!!! My show is on a FRIDAY!!! FriYAY! I gotta keep it hyped. Gardening IS LIT! My personality IS LIT! So, I do believe I will nail this assignment. I look forward to your support.
